All services are non-refundable

If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the payment will not be refunded.
If the Designer cancels the project, a full refund of any payments made (excluding completed work) will be provided.
If at any time the client becomes problematic to work with , the service will be cancelled. This will result from the client being blocked from booking further.
Once final files have been sent , no changes or refunds can be made. If you require changes after the final files have been sent you will be required to pay for revisions.
