INTRODUCTION

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between TROPHYBRANDING (“the Designer”) and the Client for graphic design and branding services.

By purchasing or booking a service with TROPHYBRANDING, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

 

SERVICES PROVIDED

TROPHYBRANDING provides graphic design and branding services including but not limited to:

  • Logo design
     

  • Brand identity design
     

  • Social media branding
     

  • Website design
     

  • Marketing materials
     

  • Digital design assets
     

Specific deliverables will be outlined within the service purchased.

Any work requested outside the scope of the original service will be quoted and charged separately.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required before any design work begins.

Payments must be made in full through the TROPHYBRANDING website using accepted payment methods.

Due to the digital nature of the services provided, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If the Designer cancels the project for any reason, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

 

DESIGN PROCESS

Once payment is received, the Client will receive an onboarding form requesting contract approval , project details and design requirements.

The project timeline will begin once the onboarding form has been completed and approved.

TROPHYBRANDING does not freestyle , you must have a clear concept for your chosen service.

During the design process, draft concepts will be shared with the Client for review , feedback and approval. 

Once the Client approves the final design, the project will move to final delivery and no additional revisions will be included unless purchased separately.

 

 

REVISIONS

Each service includes:

  • 1 initial concept
     

  • 3 rounds of revisions
     

A revision includes minor adjustments such as colour, font, or layout modifications.

Requests for a complete redesign will incur an additional fee of 50% of the original service price.

 

COPYRIGHT & PORTFOLIO RIGHTS

All designs created by TROPHYBRANDING remain the intellectual property of the Designer until full payment has been received.

Unused design concepts and drafts remain the property of TROPHYBRANDING.

The Designer reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information
     

  • Respond to communication in a timely manner
     

  • Review and approve drafts promptly
     

  • Ensure all spelling and content provided is correct
     

TROPHYBRANDING is not responsible for errors in text or information supplied by the Client.

 

PROJECT TIMELINE

Turnaround times begin once both payment and onboarding forms have been received.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be extended due to:

  • Delayed client communication
     

  • Revision requests
     

  • Public holidays or weekends
     

Rush services may be available for an additional fee , starting from £50.

 

FINAL DELIVERY

Once the Client has approved the final design, files will be delivered in the agreed formats (JPG, PNG, or PDF).

Any additional changes requested after final delivery will be treated as a new service.

 

LIABILITY

TROPHYBRANDING is not responsible for:

  • Printing errors

  • Third-party copyright issues from content supplied by the Client

  • Business losses resulting from design usage.
     

 

AGREEMENT

By booking a service with TROPHYBRANDING, the Client confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
