
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between TrophyBranding (“Designer”) and the Client for graphic design services.
By booking and purchasing any service with TrophyBranding, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Thank you for booking with TrophyBranding! To ensure a smooth and efficient design process for both parties, the Client is required to carefully read, agree to, and sign these terms and conditions.
SERVICES
The Designer agrees to provide graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, and other digital designs.
DESIGN PROCESS
Before booking :

Clients must have the big 3.

The brand : brand name and colour codes

, The vision : clear concept and references

The T&Cs : must have read , understood and agree with the terms and conditions

Once you have selected your service and payment is complete , you will be sent a short onboarding form to sign and complete before any work is started. This is where you will provide your design brief , concept , business details and agree to the terms and conditions.

Your turnaround time begins from the day the onboarding form is received and responded to.

During the design process you will be sent drafts in order for you to make revisions and changes as required. [please see drafts and revisions for further information]

All communication is done via email. This approach ensures that all information is documented in one place, reducing the risk of miscommunication and ensuring accuracy.

Once you have selected a draft/ final design you are happy with , you will be required to sign and approve.

Final files will be then be sent and no further changes can be made

All payments must be submitted through the website.

Bank transfer and pay links can be accepted on instagram special deals only .

Full payment is required in order for any service to begin

As I provide a digital service , all payments are non refundable.

If for any reason you wish to cancel a chosen service , please contact me and options will be discussed.
REFUNDS

ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ,

IF AT ANY TIME THE CLIENT BECOMES PROBLEMATIC TO WORK WITH , THE SERVICE WILL BE CANCELLED AND A PARTIAL REFUND MAY POTENTIALLY BE SENT DEPENDENT UPON THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

ONCE FINAL FILES HAVE BEEN SENT , NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS CAN BE MADE.
DESIGN BRIEFS

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK THE INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE SERVICES YOU ARE BOOKING.

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST A BRAND NAME AND COLOUR SCHEME INCLUDED IN YOUR BRIEF.

PROFESSIONAL IMAGES ARE PREFERRED AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THE BEST OUTCOME BUT ARE NOT A REQUIREMENT.

TROPHYBRANDING DOES NOT FREESTYLE , YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAR CONCEPT AND DETAILED INFORMATION. (IF YOU ARE UNSURE ON YOUR CONCEPT AND WOULD LIKE ASSISTANCE THEN PLEASESEND A DIRECT MESSAGE TO @TROPHYBRANDING)

SPELLING AND GRAMMAR MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SENDING OVER YOUR BRIEF. TROPHYBRANDING IS NOT RESPONSIABLE FOR ANY PUNCTUATION ERRORS .
DRAfts , revisions and approvals.

All drafts will be sent with a watermark of TROPHYBRANDING.

Each service will include at least 1 initial design concepts/ round of drafts and 2 rounds of revisions , Revisions are limited to 3 minor changes such as color, font, and layout adjustments.

If you would like a full redesign of your chosen service / concept there will be a 50% charge of the original price of the chosen service.

Once you have approved your design , final files will be sent and no more changes can be made.

All final files will be sent either JPG, PNG OR PDF.
TURNAROUND TIMES

All turnover times are an estimate and are inter-changeable.

The turnover time begins once both payment and design brief have been confirmed by TROPHYBRANDING. Not once you book.

Turnaround times do not include the weekends and bank holidays.

Turnaround time are subject to change and will be updated via my instagram page when applicable.

Turnaround times can be extended and delayed if communication by the client is not submitted in a timely response.

Rush fees are available for single services only. [excluding package deals]

Rush fees begin from £50.
cancellations and refunds

All services are non-refundable
-
If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the payment will not be refunded.

If the Designer cancels the project, a full refund of any payments made (excluding completed work) will be provided.

If at any time the client becomes problematic to work with , the service will be cancelled. This will result from the client being blocked from booking further.

Once final files have been sent , no changes or refunds can be made. If you require changes after the final files have been sent you will be required to pay for revisions . priced from £15
client responsibility
1. Communicate in a timely and respectful manner :

All concept information must be submitted within 1 week of booking , if this is not done there will be a £10 late fee in order for your design to be started.

If a client fails to respond to communicate with TROPHYBRANDING within 14 days , there will be a £25 fee and possible cancellation of services.
-
If as a client you become difficult to work with and/or fails to respond to communication , Your service will be cancelled.
2. Detailed concept and instruction

TROPHYBRANDING does not freestyle , clients must have a concept , inspiration or a mood-board submitted before working.
-
Spelling and Grammar is not TROPHYBRANDING responsibility. Please spell check all work before submitting any email/forms. Once final files have been sent any changes will be an additional charge.
3. Social Media Content

By booking my services , TROPHYBRANDING has the right to post any content made and designed within the process.

The Designer is not responsible for printing errors, copyright issues from third-party content provided by the Client, or any losses incurred due to project delays.
